Shamoo for my dog with skin problems?

my dad’s dog is a pekingese… and she has major skin problems…she chews her hair off, has dry skin and it has now moved from her back to her paws and ears and she is like ripping herself apart…my parent’s have tried olive oil shampoo, baby shampoo, shampoo from the vet and it is just getting worse…are there any shampoo’s that have like no perfume or dye’s or anything…that we can get at like Walmart or like Pet-Smart or maybe online?? or maybe it just has nothing to do with this..anyone can relate? The vet said there is like nothing to do…these pills for itch he gave didn’t help either… we are all dumb struck…..
he has tried Oatmeal shampoo, i think he is going to take her to another vet if he can’t find a good shampoo
she gets many baths maybe 2 or 3 a week…she chews so much that she smells…
she eats Pedigree healthy balance i think… it has veggies and crap in it

i wanna know how i can get my skin looking really good leading up for friday..? and i’ll tell ya some stuff i already do..
- i take a shower very often {nearly every night} so the steam from the shower opens my pores, and i think this is supposed to be good..?
-i am taking medication and have been for the past couple of weeks
-i use clinque blemish clear thing for my skin.
any makeup tips even..? anything helps 
i hope everyone can understand how i feel. i know its not that bad and my friends all say its hardly nothing… but im real conscience about it. yeno, teenage problems. LOL

Will washing your childs face with soap cause skin problems later in life?

Maybe i am over reacting but i would hate for him to grow up with skin problems because i used soap on his face. I believe baby soaps are good but am not certain as the skin on the face is so much more sensitive than the skin on the rest of the body and the pores are almost non existant at this stage .
