Anyone else take cod liver oil and have MORE skin problems?

I spent years researching fish and mood. It would be kinda funny if I didn’t take it, ha ha.
If this happens, then you are probably allergic to fish or shellfish. Just a thought, but I would change what you take for moods. Not everything works for everybody, that is why there are alternatives even in Alternative Medicine!
