Try using lotion for dry skin.That way,your skin will get water.Lotion for dry skin have a mark on them:hydro care or dry skin only. somebody
It is due the dry weather in europe. But by applying olive oil, mustard oil, petroleum jelly will keep legs nice and shiny for a long time.
Avoid wearing silk clothes in this situation and wash legs after retutning home. Before sleeping do the same mentioned above.
Eat green vegetable and minimize carbohydrate foods. jcbroogley
