Big skin problem with acne and scars?

It’s pretty bad…I’ve had it for 7 years and sadly I’ve been neglecting it (I’m 20 right now).

I’ve developed an awful habit of messing with the spots on my back,chest,and shoulders,and now it’s an awful looking skin surface with scars and acne…

What would you advice?What is a dermatologist likely to advice me?Anyone with similar problem that followed something and suceeded?

   Why not go to a dermatologist and find out? We can’t examine you and don’t have the training,so why ask US? odzookers
