Get it checked for fleas. Patricia M
Not sure waht it is our family cat had the same problem, we used hydrocortozone cream a few times a day and after a week it went away and now he has all of his hair back, were still not sure what it is but we think he got a ingrown hair or a scratch and it irritated him so he licked the area so much it pulled out his hair, hope this helps Jonathan P
You should take her to the Vet, they will probably do a skin scrapping. This will help them find the problem, it sounds horrible but she could have fleas, ringworm (which is a fungus not a worm) and is contagious. There are so many things it could be you need a vets help to treat her. Good luck. Cat73
Not painful, but EXTREMELY itchy. Take her to the vet and get some Meds. (only about 20$) it’s either a capsule or a shampoo. (Caused by intercourse, or tics) I have a problem help me or else
Sounds like fleas, as the little black specks are flea poo they allways go to the neck area to poop, and the bald patch has formed after her scratching herself in the same place, and thats why its turned pink, they also go to the chin area, so treat her for fleas and tape worm, as fleas cause tapeworms too,and remember to treat the house with a special spray(follow the instructions on the can).
