Can drinking too much soda give you skin problems? And too much chocolate give you pimmples?

    chocolate has been proven not to, it’s to do with the fats and reactions as to why we get pimples when we eat it, some people are just luckier than the rest!

    Yes, the sugars in the soda and chocolate are the responsible agents for your pimples.

    Try no soda, candy or chips for 1 month.

    Substitute water, fruits and vegetables for fillers.

    See if your face is better the same or worse.

    Yes sugar has an effect is on the hormones and cause more acne to clot up and enlarge for some people. some people not so much but it is common.

    But quit drinking pop… it is not an addiction, once you go like 4 days without it you realize you dont need it. its kinda like Pot. not addicting at all just you want more cause it is awesome

    Okay, so there’s a big fat finger of suspicion and it’s pointing right at chocolate.

    But the answer’s ‘no’ – chocolate is completely innocent (at least on this charge).

    Chocolate doesn’t cause spots. Fry-ups don’t cause spots. Fish ‘n’ chips don’t cause spots (just don’t touch your face with grease-laden fingers after bingeing on them).

    In fact – get ready for it - spots aren’t caused by any food whatsoever. FULL STOP. EXCLAMATION MARK!

    So is it case closed? Eat what you want?

    Not exactly.

    Whilst poor diet doesn’t cause spots it doesn’t exactly do your skin any favours. So if you want healthy, happy, glowing skin you better sort out what you eat (and drink).

    Well drinking too much soda causes health issues. Gain in weight the most!
    It depends a lot on you. Some people find they can drink barrel loads of soda without a problem, others find even a can a day will affect them.
    The main problem is the amount of refined white sugar, many nutritionists believe refined foods to be responsible for at least some cases of acne-
    It has never been scientifically proven beyond all doubt- most doctors will tell you diet has no effect on acne, but many people find their skin improves with a change in diet. Drinking a lot of soda can also mean that you don’t drink enough water and become dehydrated, which can have a negative effect on skin.

    Chocolate doesn’t cause acne.
    Specialists say that acne isn’t caused by any specific food.

    The real acne causes are a buildup of dead skin cells within the pore, an excess of skin oil (called sebum), and a proliferation of acne-causing bacteria. None of these factors are triggered by the foods we eat.

    eating dark chocolate is actually good for you!
