    Sure. lots of people use it. Make sure you keep your face olive oil and your salad olive oil separate though.

    Yes you can use it for your skin and hair. The kind you buy in the grocery store is fine. I also really like coconut oil for a skin moisturizer and hair glosser….it smells divine and works wonders. It’s less oily than olive oil and is absorbed quickly. You can get it in health stores or online :)

    With olive oil, use on skin as you would a lotion. For hair try heating about 1/2 cup (depending on length of hair) in the microwave until warm but not too hot! In shower pour on wet hair and massage into hair and scalp. Let it sit in hair for about 10 minutes (while you shave or something). Shampoo as usual.
