no, they do not cause brain damage. all skin care products have been tested (not on animals) and if they were to cause brain damage, it would be illegal to sell.
Not sure how these methods are supposed to cause neurological damage (If we ignore the long term, high dose cortison creams) :P.
First of all, the products should be well tested, and clearly they avoid using substances known to cause harm.
