Can Tanning still damage the skin even if you use the proper skin care supplies?
brenda s asked:
Not a really deep tan, just so it’s inbetween medium and white. eg Like some Asians.

yes. a tanned skin= damaged skin lol
yes i mean the proof of damage is the tanning of the skin.
If no tan, little dammage.
Yes.
Tanning is harmful to your skin no matter what products you use (Unless you use a self-tanning lotion).
yes of course. It’s really bad.
Yes. Any amount of tanning is bad for your body! BUT so s being in the sun. Some tanning places have safer beds than others. But all forms of tanning are bad adn will cause some damage.
yes, it is still bad for your skin
If you want your skin to look 10 years older than it is (in a few years time) go ahead…..and of course ask some of the middle-aged wrinklies you come across whether they tanned in their younger years.
wear sun screen all the time.. even in indoor tanning beds. this will protect u from the uvb rays. uva rays give ur skin tone that bronze color. uvb rays are more harmful and burn ur skin.
as long as ur skin is protected from burning u wont get damaged skin. when ur skin burns u also get wrinkles and sometimes peel. the point is u just dont want to burn. getting a tan is fine and the sun provide vitamins that are actually good for ur body so just wear a good sun tan lotion to be safe and enjoy the sun
It depends; if you plan on going out in the sun every now and then to tan, it won’t do that much damage if you use proper supplies. However, if its in a tanning bed, it will damage your skin with or without supplies.
I hope that helps!
