My doctor prescribed selsun for tinea vesicolor and lamasil for ringworm but when I asked him if there was anything else I could do since I obviously have problems with fungus, he said not really. Are there specific vitamins or foods that I should be eating that could maybe help with this problem? Thanks…

i wanna know how i can get my skin looking really good leading up for friday..? and i’ll tell ya some stuff i already do..
- i take a shower very often {nearly every night} so the steam from the shower opens my pores, and i think this is supposed to be good..?
-i am taking medication and have been for the past couple of weeks
-i use clinque blemish clear thing for my skin.
any makeup tips even..? anything helps 
i hope everyone can understand how i feel. i know its not that bad and my friends all say its hardly nothing… but im real conscience about it. yeno, teenage problems. LOL
