Does my cat have a skin problem?

my cat has a lot of dry skin flakes on her back, more than what my other cat has. she hates to be petted on her back and hates to be brushed. and when i brush her, i get perfectly straight hairs in the brush that looked like they’ve been pulled out of her back, not just getting the extra hair off. by the time i finished brushing her, a lot of her black hair came off, and i could see the brown hairs underneath. if she has a skin problem, how should i treat it?

My cat got some skin problems. i took it to 2 different vets one of them said its fungus?

Cat skin problems, bloody and scabbed spot between eye and ear?

the spot is fairly large, it seems to be spreading a bit, but when it spreads up, the bottom begins to scab. its not bleeding, but its bloody. shes a year old indoor cat. ive searched for fleas and found none, only thing i could figure is that its some sort of parasite, cause its too bloody and scabbed to be ringworm. There is no spots anywhere else on her body and she is acting normal.
what is this and what could i give her or put on it to fix it, i do not have enough money to take her to the vet right now
