What can I do to treat my American Bulldog’s Skin Problem?

The problem presents itself as over-all redness on his body with bumps and his skin easily tears and bleeds. At first, the Vet said he was allergic to his foods or it might be mange. My dog has bumps near her nose, but I don’t think it’s a skin problem. Maybe something on the bone?

my dog is alergic to bees, and we live in the OC, but that is the only allergie i am aware of.
he also uses Frontline Plus
