How should I treat my skin problem?

A few days ago I was out mountain biking when I hit an unexpected and very large rock, my bike chain fell off and I fell over, removing the skin from my elbow. It’s not a scratch, cut or scrap, more like the top layer of skin being removed. it’s starting to turn funny green yellow colors.

Any ideas on how to treat this with as little pain as possible??? (it sting like Hell when i wash it with soap or even touch it funny.)
