Did anyone develop any skin problems when breast feeding?

I’ve got all this redness under my eyes and a spot right by my nose, i am gonna see a dermatologist but was just wondering if it could be from breast feeding cause it did not happen til after giving birth

I just assumed it was caused by him laying down a lot, and those parts of his body were just the spots that constantly got rubbed by whatever fabric he lays on.
Did your baby have this problem? Do you think it could be a skin problem that needs to be checked out? I may call the doctor tomorrow and make an appointment.
