I have a skin problem related to binge drinking?

Does anyone know why my stomach itches sometimes on surface of the skin but no rashes or skin problems?

A friend of mine has been recently appearing paler and paler. Not pretty pale but a sickly pallid color when she once had a golden glow. She claims that her sleeping problems (insomnia/sleep defeciency??) are the cause of her unusual coloring, but I suspect she has an eating disorder as well (anorexia?). I was wondering which would be the more likely cause of her skin’s lightening. Thanks.
she is also a vegetarian.
