I’ve cut back on the sugar, drank TONS more water, and the same problem still occurs. Anyone had problems with any of the above related to skin?
would buying gelatin pills really help my skin problems?

Why is there skin peeling in the inside of my mouth?

I’ve noticed that every so often, I get skin inside my mouth which is peeling away. Sometimes, if I run my finger under my lip and in other areas of my mouth, I find that I get white gooey bits of skin which come off the inside of my mouth. What could be causing this and how can it be treated/ prevented? I do not smoke.
