Im wondering if this is a big problem (since skin is really dry) or not? I dont really drink much water each day, could this be the reason why?

I have oily skin but I’m on medication for acne.

But also, the pores on my nose and cheeks are pretty noticeable. Are they dirty? What can I do to make them less noticeable?
Oh; and I’m also very fair skinned if that has any say.
My meds are both pills and cream by a dr.
i don’t know if my pore problem is a result, I might just not of noticed them b.c I spend more time looking in the mirror in the morning
