Skin Care Problems PLEASE HELP?

I’m a 17 year old boy and getting really tired of my never ending skin problems! The base of problems is my nose, its full of blackheads, large pores from where big blackheads use to be and constantly building up with oil which makes me ridiculously self- conscious. I wash with oil free Clean and clear blackhead scrub twice a day and use Brevoxyl Cream at Night, I don’t have any spots around the rest of my face and i have cut chocolate out, I also drink 2 litres of water a day. I do sometimes use a comedone extractor which safely removes my blackheads but they keep coming back. If someone could please recommend a product or routine that can put a stop to my skin problems that would be amazing! Thanks!

my face is broken out pretty bad and it seems to just be getting worse. parts of my skin is like brush burned or something and it stings really bad. some of the acne on my face is now more like cuts. these areas are also dry and when I try to cover them up with makeup it just makes it look worse because the dry skin then shows up a lot more. my skin is also all red. Will the Neutrogena Wave work for my skin type?/Does Olay moisturizer help or harm?

Oh yeah, I also use Olay moisturizer on my face afterwards. Could that be helping or harming my skin?
