My ball pythons skin has changed is there a problem I should be concerned about?

Toward the end of the tail..my snakes skin has changed..it seems to have a silver gloss to it and is really rough.. When I handle him..he wont curl his tail around like he used to..and his skin along his body seems to be baggy like its too much skins on him…is there a real problem?

how do i cure my snakes skin problem, think he was under the heat lamp too long?

How long does it take for African Dwarf Frogs to shed their skin? What are some health problems?
