how do you confront your boyfriend/girlfriend of their skin problem?

Obviously he realizes but i don’t see anything being done. i tried not to car but when i saw a big pimple next to his lips i just can not keep my mouth shut. i would never end it with him based on only this, thats wrong and shallow…and i do care for him.

i just want the level of attraction to be stronger…i know he thinks im very attractive…but its not vice versa atm..
what can i do?

does problem skin that a guy or girl has, make a person less dateable to you? even if you get to know their personality, background history, etc.
