Does eating fast food cause acne and skin problems?
I’ve been eating fast food about 3-5 times a week and I’ve broken out quite badly, my complexion is red and irritated and just course-looking. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m 22 years old and I think it’s unusual for to have these kinds of problems at this age.

How do I even out my skin tone?
I’m an Asian boy with skin problems. When I was six, I’ve noticed that the skin color on my buttocks is a bit darker than the rest of my body. It’s not normal but I’ve seen others with the same problem. Aren’t buttocks supposed to be lighter than the rest of your skin, especially because they get the least sun exposure? How come some people have this condition? I don’t think this is psoriasis because psoriasis looks worse. How do I get rid of this condition? I want to wear trunks to the beach!
Why do I have so many skin problems?
I have Keritosis Pilaris, Rosacea, very dry skin on my hands, and also mild acne. Could this be a problem in my diet or what?

I’m 17 years old now. I started getting skin problems about 3 years ago. My doctor prescribed temporary antibiotics, but it came back when I stopped using the antibiotics. Then he prescribed Yasmin, and later I switched to Yaz. This has been working well for my skin, but when I started getting problems with my contactlenses, I did some research and found that it can be the Yaz. Also I discovered that it contains this ingredient drospirenone. And apparently this is really bad for you and can cause all kinds of health problems including heart disease, pulmonary embolism, etc. Although most other birth control pills don’t have this ingredient, I just want to leave the pills altogether as they all have negative side effects.
Are there homeopathic methods or treatments that could help with this? Or what is the safest pill with the least side effects? E.g. I don’t all of a sudden want to start gaining weight.
@ Danny. Uhm, clearly you don’t really know what you’re talking about. A few years back my sister got a terrible rash that covered her whole body with big red itchy dots. We went to many different doctors and spent immense amounts of money on creams, pills, blood tests and anything else doctors suggested. None of this helped and it continued for several weeks, and then, as a last resort, we went to a homeopath. He just looked in her eyes, gave her a few seeds and oils and it was gone within 2 days.
Also my skin problem has to do with hormones, not with my diet or my face wash, I’ve been to a doctor.
And by the way you actually didn’t answer the questions which are:
1. Are there homeopathic methods which could help with this
2. What is the safest pill with the least side effects

Why have I been having problems with dry skin after showering at my apartment but not at my parents’ house?
I take a reasonably hot shower and at my apartment which uses city water. I get dry skin afterward when at home after washing with well water and I turn out fine. I installed a water filter on the shower head and it doesn’t seem to do anything to help. Does anyone have any experience with this that can help find a solution?
