Why do people who drink milk and eat dairy products suffer from skin problems, such as moles and acne?

no, i am vegetarian for 2 months( don’t eat ANY animals), but i don’t eat meat for longer, about half a year….my friend, who is also a vegetarian, had the same problems, so why doesn eveyone keep saying that the skin quality improves if its not completely true??(((
