use a high-end, expensive moisturizer. Don't over-clean your skin because to glow it needs to maintain its oils. Get a facial.

And it's probably not going to be perfect always, but just keep it up and it will hopefully get better. mamabear84

it should heal up itself, put some moist riser around it, and give it 2-3 days to heal... if nothing happens then go and see your doctor rob

use a gentle exfoliant to remove the top layer (rubbing gently with rolled oats removes the dead cells and provides nutrients to the skin)

I like to use a mix of 1/3 each calendula, vitamin e oil and rosehip oil. You can add lavender and patchouli (about 3 drops of each into 10ml of the others) to help healing and as antibacterial.

Massage in morning and night. I have also recently found Elizabeth Arden's 8 hour moituriser which is amazing. Also Palmer's cocoa butter formula is fantastic. Beth H

Get him allergy tested and change his food. You said that the vet said that he may be allergic to his food, yet you didn't mention changing his food. I heard Blue Buffalo is good for dogs with allergies. I feed my dog (who doesn't have apparent allergies) Taste of the Wild, though. Hannah M

it sounds like a skin allergy. think back to when it started and what changed then. your soap? your laundry detergent? your shampoo? even if you made no changes, perhaps the company changed the formula of a product that you've been using for a long time. creams will help the itching and redness, temporarily.

i would suggest you go see a dermatologist to verify. he/she may refer you to an allergist. once you know the problem / allergy, it is easier to know how to treat it. catsovermen

i really like mary kay's velocity line. i started forever ago i n 4th grade, and its done my skin well! i also like the Morning Glow stuff by clean and clear, and i hear the clinique 1-2-3 system is good. it all depends on how much money you want to invest, and your skin type. look for what it says on the bottle, and match it to what you have. pieces1511
