Take your dog to the vet - sounds like mange mmcrobinson
We’ve used it for about 4-5 years…we will never have a dog without the stuff. Their coat is soft, no flaky or oily mess. I thought their claims were a little much, but I’ll be damned if it didn’t work like they said.
