Does changing your diet really make a difference with skin problems?
Sarah asked:
Like pimples, dark circles, oil, or any other things. If so, what foods?

drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fruits and vegatables
yes your skin will be come oily because its not used to the new food
Changing from a high fat to a low fat diet makes your skin less oily, but don’t hold me to that, it’s just my experience.
Yes it does, greasy and fried foods give you pimples. If you change your diet to a more healthy one you will have little or no acne.
Yes! Any greasy food is translating directly to increased oil output by your skin. Chocolate has also been linked to acne. Do a napkin test on all your foods, if it comes back wet and soaked with grease you probably don’t want to eat it.
No, that is all a myth. Of course eating horrible food isn’t good for any part of your body, but here are a few myths.
Greasy food causes acne/oily skin.
Chocoloate causes acne
There are many others, but diet has nothing to so with skin problems at all. You can search the internet for this information, this is fact, not my opinion.
nope, nothing to worry about.
Hmmmmmmm…………………….potato chips of course
Ok first of all, dark circles are from not drinking enough water. So make sure you drink a lot of it every day! and stay AWAY from soda! (it’s your worst enemy)
Drinking a lot of water also clears up your skin, as well as eating a lot of citrus fruit. (oranges, grapefruit, clementines, etc.) and other fruits help to, as well as all veggies. (NO fatty/oily chips or fried foods)
So basically, just eat as healthy as you can, because you will notice a big difference! Just keep doing this and you will have much better skin!
Many people say that it doesn’t make any difference at all. But I read somewhere (can’t remember where) that eating less sugar (that means less soda and candy) and more Vitamin C (I found that orange juice and those smoothie-drinks found in the organic section have a lot of Vitamin C. I also take chewable Vitamin C everyday. This not only helps with my skin but also with my immune system in the allergy seasons.) helps with acne. Idk it could just be me, but after I kept up with it for a little while it seemed to help a little. I also just started using a new cream (just last night) on my face. I know the old tales that chocolate and greasy foods are bad for your skin. I’m not really sure if they really do any harm, but they might. Don’t trust me on that though. Drinking lots of water is also good for your skin. I hope I’ve helped. Good luck. (I still get the occasional breakouts, but when I do they’re not nearly as bad as they used to be.)
