    yes being that it is an auto immune disease the body turns on itself, the skin can be affected having patches, rashes, dryness, color changes, can be light or dark

    I have never heard of any skin problems directly related to MS, except pressure sores regarding bedridden patients, skin rashes in patients with loss of bladder control or skin irritation around injection sites.

    A quick search on web MD did not yield any results either.
