Does my cat have a skin problem?

you should take her into the vet. she might have mange or a fungal infection on her skin. only the vet can determine what is wrong with your kittys skin. don’t give her a bath and try making the appointment right away tomorrow. NeeNee
Shedding! My cat is the same way…. My lil Sam went on a play date… The other ct was shedding too. If it’s not done by a week, Call your groomer Princess
The white flakes are dandruff on her back. Some cats have worse dandruff then others, but you may be able to improve it somewhat.

If you switch her food to a more healthy brand of food, (one that has no corn, grain or by-products) it is possible that the dandruff will go away.
Your cat may just be shedding normally, but if you are pretty sure she isn’t, then you should take her to the vet. He/she can give medication to help her.
If she is upset, she may be washing herself too much, making her skin get irritated, and possibly bleed. ( One reason she may be doing this is because she has fleas and is itching) You should watch her to see if she washes herself in one particular place for a long amount of time. If you think she washing herself too much, you can go to the vet and get a collar for her. (One of the big plastic ones that keep her from washing her back.
