Its very spotty with brown and sometimes red spots. It kinda looks like acne sometimes but if I stand in the sun for too long it gets better. The 1 time I actually had the best results was in a road trip to these mineral springs. The water was really hot and the natural minerals in it made my skin very smooth and decreased the spots.
