    Hi baby,

Look back the tradition. Normally women s should use turmeric. It glitters the face. If not use curd with Besan flour. Really its good. Make this as a paste and and apply that on your face leave it for half an hour to dry and then wrap it out. Then your face is glimmering at the sun light. Bhavani

i find applying nivea moisturizer just before foundation keeps my skin from going dry.. also use a good liquid mineral foundation so your skin can breathe

and of course drink lots of water K

well, you could get some lightley tanned foundation-my cousin has very dry skin and is also has light skin colour so she uses a lightley tanned sort of foundation and powder and she also creams-so why dont u try and get a differnt type of cream and see if that works as well and then put on some of the foundation, but if u use a tanned sort of foundation you will have to try and chosee the right colour that goes with the colour of ure skin and try and match the colours so u dont look stupid wearing a dark foundation if u were light lol, but aso you dont want to wear to much foundation becuase it can give you a rash aswell, but i really depends on what chemicals and ingrediants it has in it. raynee

Make sure your skin care products are not the reason for your dry skin. Usually in the summer, skin should be more oily. What products do you use? They may be too harsh for your gentle skin.

I can recommend stuff that will keep your skin moist. Try an oil-based cleanser. MAC and Origins has one. Better yet, try LUSH. Have you heard of them?

They have a few face washes that I love, and they totally transformed my skin.

    Angels on Bare Skin-
This is a light exfoliator. I use it every morning. You get a big on your fingers, wet it, and rub into your skin. It gives you a glowing and clean complexion. It will help remove your flaky skin too.

    Aqua Marina-
This one I love because after I use it in the morning it makes my skin look even and gorgeous like I have foundation on! I alternate between this and Angels in the morning. It has seaweed in it.

    Ultrabland-
This removes makeup at night. It leaves a moisturizing film residue on your skin. You rub it all over your face dry, then wipe off with a damp cotton ball. It’ll feel oily, but that’s normal.

    Spray Toners:
    Breath of Fresh Air-
You gotta buy this one. You spray on anytime you want. It makes your skin moisturized and dewey. Great for sensitive skin. Spray it on after makeup even! To keep it moisturized.

After you take care of your skin problems, then we can talk makeup :)
    I recommend bronzer.

use E45 Cream to soften to dry areas
i used this on my eyes a while ago as i had a skin condition and it cleared it right up
use tinted moisturiser such as Olay Touch of Foundation
Make sure you exfoliate on your dry areas to remove dead skin cella which can leave skin looking flakey and dull
    Love, Rose x Rosee (:

I used to have dry skin, and my skin gets dry if I don’t do my routine, so maybe try this for a month and see if it works for you ?
do this morning AND night; wash your face with a gentle foam cleanser, I use one from neutrogena. Then use a toner all over your face, I use one from biore. Then moisturise. And one night a week use an exfoliating wash instead of a regular cleanser.
If your skin is still dry after that, then only at night times, use vaseline instead of moisturiser, my friends mum has used it on her face for like her whole life and apparently she has really good skin and no wrinkles or anything.
As for wanting to look browner, I don’t reccomend using a darker foundation or a brown powder all over your face or something, it will look odd with the rest of your body, try a gradual tanning lotion, all over your face and body (make sure to get one thats safe for your face and such) and then get a foundation to match that if you still want coverage.
and put extra moisturiser around your nose and forehead. or maybe even just use the vaseline on just those areas and moisturiser on the rest ! :3

oh and make sure you use a liquid foundation, I find that for my dry skin powder foundations make my face a bit flaky. and don’t forget to lightly powder down afterwards ! so your makeup will last :3 Vanilla

try bare mineral foundation and makeup . Its healthy and is a cream , they make them for different skin tones , you could try the olive color wich is light with a hint of tan . Its easy to use and only takes a few minutes , its good for your dry skin .

    hope this helped (= Rissa

it depends on what type of foundation you use if you use a matte foundation it will show all your dry patches the best thing is to keep the skin moisturized and hydrated and try a liquid foundation x
hope this helps x Red Starr x

  10. Honey says:

ahh you have a very dry T-zone…
how often do you wash? why can’t people think before they type ffs.
moisturize morning, first thing and last thing at night.
also use a GOOD foundation, it makes the world of difference!

i actually suggest you don’t get a foundation but a tinted moisturizer from benefit. who doesn’t want a radiant glow that doesn’t dry out the skin???

foundation dries out skin. fact. so for now it’s a no go.
stick to concealer and tinted moisturizer. Honey

  11. Zoe H says:

theres different foundations for diiferent skin types theres liquid compact mousse and cream, cream is for mature skin so try one of the other three
before you put that on use a bit of mosturiser just to give a smooth base for your dry skin exfoliate reguraly this will aid desquamation and remove dead skin cells
for a glow just get some bronzer or shimmer and use a bronzer brush dont use to much then apply abit of blusher Zoe H
