Having problems with dry skin right now?

My entire body feels itchy and dry and my boss says it’s because of the weather right now. (I just recently moved to the northwest region) I have been trying lotion but it’s not working. Anyway, does anyone know of anything I can dump into a bathtub and soak in that will hydrate my skin?

   Water does wonders, but only cold water. Warm water just drys out your skin. MC
