How to cure my skin problem?

it sounds like a bacterial infection that is easily got especially if you do a lot of sports, i know your going to cringe at this but i would go to your doctor just te be sure the infection has not traveled up your urethra. trust me doctors have seen so many vags and knobs they really wont care about seeing yours, and when you call to make an appointment just tell them you have a skin issue you would like to discuss with your doctor.
if you dont want to do that and i really advise you do for health reasons and further infection, try washing the area every morning and evening and covering the area with a lot of talc, also if you can at night if you dont have family bursting in to your room try to let the area breath at night this means not covering your groin with PJs or boxers.
