I’ve been diagnosed with Pityriasis Rosea and have started taking this supplement. I was wondering how long it takes to work or if it even works at all?

I’ve had a look here for the health benefits but it doesn’t mention skin problems

However I would argue that since walnuts are very rich in Omega 3 fats, they probably do help especially in inflammatory diseases which are known to be mitigated by an increased intake of omega 3s

    Hope that helped :)

Consult the PDR for herbal medicines. A fascinating reference that lists all kinds of natural medicines, uses, and dosages.
