    wtf?!
take her to a hospital! Consult with more than one doctor because obviously that doctor is an idiot! Trezdons Mommy

I have NEVER heard of this BUT
Consult many doctors beacuse this doctore seems like a bit of a nut, and hopefully they can recommend medicine or therapy to stop this !
GOOD LUCK ! Hope you your daughter feels much better SOON! Stacey

Poor Thing!!!!!!!! That has to hurt. But did she have this problem when she was pooping in her diaper? If her butt muscles arent developed shouldnt this have been the case even when she was in a diaper? I think you should consult someone else. Talk to people you know to find recommendations of a good pediatrican. This dr. basically makes no sense and scared the pants out of you. He could be totally wrong. SSV

I AM SO SORRY! THAT HAS GOT TO HURT! Think about it. Ask your daughter some questions: How long has it been hurting, has she been having symptoms, headached stomachaches etc… Obviously that doctor was a quack. Take her to the hospital! But most of all stay calm. Tell your daughter it happens to everyone. Tell her it will stop soon. You really dont want her to worry.

I hope this helped, Good luck! Natalie C

It sounds like you’re describing a Prolapsed Rectum. Personally, if your doc is blowing you off, I’d get a second opinion.

In the meantime, make sure she’s drinking enough water and getting enough fiber in her diet so she doesn’t have to strain. If she didn’t have this problem when she was in diapers, it’s apparently a new condition and doesn’t have anything to do with not well developed muscles. pdooma

I would defiinetly get a second oponion.
Also, if your daighter’s stool are hard or she seems constpiated, apple juice is a natural laxative & that could make it easier for her to pass her bowel movements in the mean time.
But do get a second opinion - if your doctor isn’t giving you some sort of plan or solutuon to the prolem he is lacking in knowledge of the diagnosis as well. See if your insurance covers a GI specialist with or without a referral - they will have the best onformation for you two.
    Good luck! anonymous for now
