I have a bad skin problem all over my body. What do I do?
me asked:
It’s red spots that are kind of like acne, but not really. My doctor doesn’t even know what it is. I need help!!!!
thank you for all of your answers, but i dont have money for a dermatologist, and i’ve had it for the last six years. My mother’s a nutritionist, and has tried everything to help, but we just dont know what to do.

It might be an allergic reaction to something. This happened to my whole face once, but went away in two days. I suggest going to a dermatologist to get it checked. Is this recent? You might want to use more natural products like Burt’s Bees; they don’t contain many of the man-made chemicals.
I’ve heard that bed bug bites causes pustules too. lilvichymint

Have you tried a general medical doc or dermatologist. I would go to both, I have breakouts and I have been reading about how all the toxins in our bodies can have an affect on our skin big time, but like the other person said, you may be allergic to something.
Keep a food, body product journal, and write down all that you eat, and the personal hygiene stuff you use.
and they may help you narrow it down, or go see an allergist.
So they didn’t say it was the measles, or chicken pox? That’s really weird how they couldn’t diagnose you.
Research can be your best friend.

YOu should go see a dermatologist since it is a skin problem. I had that and my doctor looked at it, he said that it looked like I had some type of a skin infection that I probably contracted from someone else. I was put on an antibiotic and it went away.
Sometimes it can be caused from sweat clogging up your pours as well. I had the same thing over the summer and the doctor looked at it again and he explained that often times that is what happens. We sweat and the sweat and oil clogs our pours.
Instead of listening to me, it is better to see a dermatologist and let them make the decision. thatsmygunther
I had very stubborn acne on my back well into my 20’s, I tried EVERYTHING and nothing seemed to work. Sometimes it was worse than others. A doctor noticed it during a routine physical, perscribed a low dose of Tetracycline. I took it for about 4 months, no side effects, and I have been acne free ever since. Brommm
