I have some skin problem in my right hand, all the skin is shedding and there are deep scars all over my hand?

This can be anything from Contact Dermaitis to
Keratosis Pilaris …without seeing it, I cannot tell you.
Your description needs to be more specific.
Does it hurt/ DO you have any other known medical
conditions?
