you can try using skin lighten creams but since you have dry skin along with the darker area in that spot see a doctor and check websites with that problem….ask on here if anyone else has had the same problem and what they did to successfully get rid of it or check old questions about that on here i’m sure there are some. i really hope that everything works out. i know what it is like to have issues like that on my arms n stuff i used a cream called porcelena but i didn have the dry skin so look into that more cause it will most likely irritate your skin and make it bad. ♥!TH@ B3ST H3′S 3V@ H@D!♥
