Im 5 months pregnant & having facial skin problems, my skin is very dry and redness has appeared, any sugges?

It is common in pregnancy to have extremely dry skin. I would suggest that you use a stronger moisturizer on your skin. AbbyDabbyDo
I am not an expert on this but i heard before that you need drink a lot more vitamins and for skin i would asume Vitamin E would help you. remember now when you eat u r feedign 2 not just one…so same with vitamins Niño Mimado
I’m 5 months pregnant, too and I noticed my skin had been getting dryer than usual and I was also noticing some redness. All I did was switch my cleanser and moisturizer to a more gentle one and that seemed to do the trick. unicarel
Hi! I am almost 7 months pregnant and I normally suffer from dry skin, so now with the pregnancy + winter time it can get bad.
My advice (it has been working really well on me so far) is to wash your face with a gentle face sopa/wash. Avon has one that is really gentle (Keep It Clean Vitamin Charged Cleanser) and then I used the Nurtura cream, its is rich and works wonders in your skin and the price is not bad either!
As for your body, you can try spraying some body oil/baby oil right after you take a shower (before using a towel for better absortion/moisturization of your skin) and then proceed with body lotion/body butter, and do not forget your anti stretch-marks cream!

i am having the same problem and thinking of seeing a dermatologist, what has helped me is taking flax and fish oil supplements to get the essential fatty acids. i also tried rubbing a little shea/cocoa butter on it at night (just a tiny bit) and this helped to moisturize it. bb
I had the same problem when I was pregnant last year! My friend turned me onto this cream that helps with dry skin and cell renewal and my face never felt better. I still use it to this day! It’s fairly expensive, but it works wonders. The best price I have found is here:
