I’ve been having skin problems, any suggestions?

I’ve been getting eczema for 4 years now, and it just won’t go away. It’s actually getting more red and bigger in size. I’ve tried some creams, which did not work.

I don’t know why I am getting this! Is eczema genetic? And I know it’s not curable, but what things can I do on a daily basis to reduce and control it?
Thanks, much appreciated.

See a dermatologist ! Mum Mum
hey
i suffer from eczema too, and i used to get really upset over it even although it wasnt that bad.
something you could try which will reduce the eczema is eat less foods which have yeast in them, eg: yogurts, cheese etc.
also if you exfoliate regularly while in the shower with an exfoliating glove & some body wash which is friendly to your skin, then when out the shower apply body lotion which is also friendly (aloe vera products are very effective) it will reduce the chance of skin becoming dry which will reduce eczema.
one more thing - if your becoming stressed or worrying over anything it will increase your eczema, so try not too ! & take my advice from experience - do not get worked up over it ! it only makes it worse.
eczema is perfectly natural, and although highly annoying and uncureable .. it can be treated so that it doesn’t inflame much
rachel !
hopefully my advice was useful to you; i know it’s worked for me !
