skin problems
musictheatreguy asked:

I have had problems with my lips peeling and, although not severe, but persistent facial acne in the same recurring spots. I’m a 17 year old male, and I haven’t ever been outside in the daylight since September, once I was outside during sunlight (I sleep into the day very late and miss the sun) and I have a lot of skin problems, not severe, but persistent and very peculiar, like the peeling and build of film on the lips, recurring acne, and eczema on my body, these might also be caused by my unhealthy diet, although I do try to fit in squash and carrots or pea soup on the odd day…
but I’ll try to go outside in the daylight more often, do you think lack of sunlight can cause these problems, or at least make them worse after a problem is already there? because it is obvious that these problems are internal, I just don’t know what. Thanks!!
eating simply warm food can easily make sort of burns or cuts in my sensitive mouth!
I am incredibly depressed about this it’s been months, does anyone actually know the possibilities of my prob or could people just not be bothered answering at all?…lmao

Not skin problems, but some health problems which are caused by lack
of vitamin D,unless you provide another source(like cod oil) for your body. Physical Ali
