Loose skin problem due to rapid weight loss?

Does taking protein drinks help to tighten loose skin?Even without exercising?Because not all people have the time to exercise & surgery is out of the question…Firming lotions does not have much effect..I only eat low carbohydrate meal daily & there is not much protein in it either.I drink lots of water though

    i do not think so….. your skin will automatically tightens itself, but it takes time…. It’s all about getting ur body used to new metabolims…. sisinho2

    Protein will not tighten loose skin. Your skin may tighten a bit on its own over time. Otherwise, you need to do basic toning exercises. You don’t need a lot of time to do them, either. Use commercials as opportunities to do some lunges/squats/push ups/sit ups. Get a resistance band and do isometric exercises throughout the show to work your biceps & triceps at the same time.

    There’s no magical solution to firm up the loose skin problem, but you can talk to your doctor and see if s/he has any other suggestions beyond what I’ve given you.

    Think of it this way- even if you only do 10 push ups, 10 situps, 10 lunges, and 10 squats EVERY DAY, it’ll be 10 more than you did before! To maintain a healthy lifestyle you’ll have to make exercise a priority eventually, and believe it or not, you’ll probably start looking forward to it!
