He’s having an allergic reaction to something. Did he eat something different today?
Is he having any trouble breathing? If so, call 911. Otherwise, you may want to take him to ER to be checked out.
get to a hospital ,it sounds like he is badly allergic to something , give him a dose of benadryl or claritin , it will help
