Mmmm i suspect those are blackheads (like those found on the tip of the nose). Shaving or cleansing might not help sometimes.Consult a beautician if it is too serious or else u can give a try squeezing it out froggy
May I suggest going to a dermatologist. I believe there is something they can inject into the surface (top) layer of skin to lighten it. A fine example is Michael Jackson. He used some kind of bleaching system and look how light his skin color is from his original skintone. I’m sure that there is a low-cost product out there that will “whiten” those black areas. you may naturally have more pigmentation in your skin there, or you may have acanthosis nigricans which is related to high insulin levels, or maybe just dry skin has built up there from antipersperent & shaving. try AmLactin lotion it has lactic acid in it. if that doesnt improve your pits by 6 weeks visit your doctor to get a bleaching cream or check your insulin levels.
