Okay, I have a dry skin problem and a tanning problem. Can anyone please help me?

have you tried the norweigen hand cream also try putting cotton gloves on hands at night,helps to soak in cream,I have very dry skin, and it helps, as for tanning, come summer, go to tanning booth, and SLOWLY build up tan, but easy with it, a few mins at a time, my son was going to Cuba and he has skin problem from medication which makes his skin burn easliy, he went to tan salon for few weeks to slowly build up tan, and it was a success,
