Skin Problem?

( i use this brand called Eucerin) but my legs are STILL very dry. i have spoken with doctors and they all sa the same thing-use more lotion…but…its not helping. =( so can anyone help me or give suggestions? any other good brand to use? thanks. ☺☻

and like the the “bump” formed by the pimple just sorta dies…and like it leaves a hole in my skin . any ideas?
