Really bad skin problems on my face.Help?

I have alot of problems with my skin so please bare with me. First of all i have constant dry flaky skin on the corners of my mouth that NEVER go away no matter what i do. I moisturize daily but still have dry flaky skin an hour later! Every morning when i wash my face literally a layer of dead skin comes of, and this happens every morning. Also every so often my face breaks out in these tiny little bumps under my skin, theres millions of them. They dont itch, and are the same colour as my skin. Their not that obvious unless you look really close but i know their there and am very embarrassed by them. Its very hard for me to wear make up as it just seems to make every patch of dry skin more noticeable.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would love to know if anyone knows what this is, what causes it and how i can treat it.

I’m not an expert but having a layer of dead skin coming off is serious. I suggest going to Michelle Phan on youtube. Go to:
she has this video that helps with dry skin. You could get an account and ask her your-self, she’s into cosmetology. I like her alot! If her remedies don’t work i think you should really go see a dermatologist. It sounds serious. Hope i helped! Frencheska J
