Skin problem?

its really annoying i tried everything, changed my shaving habits as well as shaving cream and type of razors.. i even stopped shaving for a whole month (ya THAT long) and nothing happened.. actually i noticed tht in tht area “dandruff” started forming at those areas where the skin got all red and itchy.
after a while i started using “sudocrem” its a none cortisone based allergy cream (or at least thts wht i’ve been told) and the only thing tht this cream helped me with is easing off the itchiness and red aching after shaving when i apply it on.. it didnt actually stop the prob even though i kept using it for 1 week at a row and occasionally afterwards.. so i was wondering wht caused this and how can i get rid of it ..

it sounds like a skin allergy. think back to when it started and what changed then. your soap? your laundry detergent? your shampoo? even if you made no changes, perhaps the company changed the formula of a product that you’ve been using for a long time. creams will help the itching and redness, temporarily.
i would suggest you go see a dermatologist to verify. he/she may refer you to an allergist. once you know the problem / allergy, it is easier to know how to treat it. catsovermen
Mmm..this one is hard…i think maybe your follicle gets inflamed…maybe the razor u used is not clean enough…did u use it to shave other area…such as…yeah down there…pthirus pubis (commonly called crab) did grow down there…maybe you incidentally transfered those louse from it’s original habitat…so what it did is…i dig down into your pore and resides there (that’s my theory since most of the treatment didnt work)…anyway…try soothes your skin with a natural product (aloe gel or camomile cream works heavenly) and for heaven sake…wash your face on dialy basis (twise a day) gently with non exfoliative cleanser…foam is the best…always make sure your razor not rusty everytime you shave…and it is clean…soak it in a warm water or simply dip it in your mouthwash…(listerine whatsoever)…and if the symptoms persist…consult your doctor… TotallyME
