I think the first step you need to do is find out what causes your skin to be red and rough. Your dermatologist can recommend suitable make up for your skin type and get rid of yours skin problem. Andy
Be careful with what types of cream you put on your face. with sensitive skin, you should try to find facial cleansers and moisturizers that are as natural as possible.
You also might want to get an allergy test done by an allergist. Steer clear of dermatologist until you are a little older, because they will try to ply you with all types of crap for your face. Trust me I know.
