well i have had a few patients with this problem and the only thing that we recommended that worked actually was blood transfusion, laser face surgery, or light surgery.

I never had bad acne but I used to get a little every now and then. Make sure you wash your bed pillows frequently. Dirt and dust can clog your pores. Most importantly, if you have to touch your face, make sure your hands are squeaky clean! Certain foods that are sugary or starchy can also lead to inflammation and skin problems.

There are several things that could be going on with your face. First, you need to get to a dermatologist. He / she will give you different creams to apply to your face. If all the creams / washes fail, it is YOUR HORMONES that are causing your breakouts- not any hygene issues. If it is your hormones, he / she will suggest pills, such as birth control.
As far as your pimples leaving marks, red marks will fade. It might take them up to a few months, but they will fade. As far as the denting goes, you’re popping them incorrectly or picking at them.
To drain a pimple, wait until it has come to a full head. Using 2 Q-tips, press down and together on both sides of the pimple until it pops, and STOP when you see blood. Apply ointment to it. NEVER EVER use your fingers. Also, never pick at a pimple.
