Skin problems at the finger skin?

It all started after i start to use an anti-rust mug. But it appear to get rusted after several weeks.. Now, i have stop using it. But it (skin thickening) is still here. Any advice ? thanks.
you got eczema my friend. better have a doctor check it while it is in the early stage.
