skin problems.need help?

i am having quite alot of skin problems on my hands,arms,back,chest,body,thigh and legs…they are like little small kinda like red n white dots….most of them are on arms,back and legs…can they be treated by seeing a dermatologist?
i have went to see dermatologist but they said its nothing serious…but dont have meds for me to cure it…they always give me some lotion to apply on them but it dosent helps…

yes.. it doesnt sound like plain acne, so i would suggest you see a doctor imagine if its a rash or some infection……… I highly reccommend the dermotologist T
