These rashes are reddish, they start out small but they grow over time, sometimes about the size of a quarter. They either from single or in small groups. Idk whether this is hives or not. They go away or stop itching after about 30 minutes.

I use lotion A LOT. I can put on about 1/2 a tsp, rub it all in, then wait for 30 minutes then my hands are white and cracking again when I go outside! I wear gloves, but that doesn’t work. What should I do?
